Australia’s Most Fierce School of Burlesque and Pole Dancing!
Established in 2008 Bottoms Up! provides Melbourne with the most comprehensive courses, classes and workshops in Burlesque and Pole Dancing.
The burlesque classes, designed by Melbourne based performer and actor Miss Willow J Conway, covers Burlesque, Fan Dancing, Classic Burlesque Tease, Neo Burlesque, Chair Dancing and Solo Performance Development.
Co-founder, Jacquie Thomas (aka Sparkarella), has meticulously created the Pole Dancing classes to suit all levels of fitness and ability, ranging from beginners through to professional performance level.
You can also join us for classes, courses and workshops in Stretch and Flex, The Charleston, Hula Hoop Tease, Booty Dance, 80′s Cardio, Adult Ballet and Fly Gym.

Pimp your Hide – Neo Burlesque Workhshop with IMOGEN KELLY

Learn about the elements of a successful neo-burlesque act. Pimp your Hide pulls focus on narrative and character with one of the world’s best Neo Burlesque performers. Imogen has been performing Neo Burlesque since 1989, is Australia’s Queen of Burlesque and also World Queen of Burlesque 2012. Neo is her favourite style. Imogen places emphasis on satire, comedic timing, unique movement, dramatic structure and character creation.
This workshop focuses not on how to remove your clothes, but on why and what comedy can be found in the process ofgettin’ nude.
