Bump, grind and shake your way to better fitness, health and vitality. What to wear? Sneakers or bare feet – along with comfy loose fitting clothing/dancewear that allows freedom of movement!
ADULT BALLET This is an intensive crash course on the major components of classical ballet. Focusing on lines, leg extension, fluidity of movement, strength, flexibility, and posture. Anyone attending pole or burlesque classes, or any person wanting to improve line, fluidity and strength will benefit from this beautiful course. Taught by our own ballet star Lesley, who has extensive International experience as a classical dancer, performer and teacher. Please note students will need to have their own ballet flats to dance in.
