DROP-IN CASUAL CLASSES

Bottoms Up! casual drop-in classes are an enjoyable way for you to get fit & flexy whilst learning new skills, in a fun and friendly environment.   You’ll be having soooooo much fun that you’ll forget you’re exercising!!

Casual classes are drop-in sessions that run every week throughout the term.  Perfect for those unable to commit to 8-week courses, those wanting a fun workout or stretch, or those wanting an extra class every week to add to their fitness régime.

No bookings are required  – just rock on up when you are able! 
Bring a friend – or come alone.

Classes are 50mins
Cost: $15 per class, (with the exception of ‘Jam’ sessions).
$130 for a 10-class card which can be used at any casual class.

BURLESQUE BUMP ‘N’ BLEND
Bump your way through this class blended with elegant burlesque moves and energising dance styles including Can-Can, Charleston, Showgirl and Jazz. Each class you will learn basic, easy to follow moves which are incorporated into simple routines. A fantastic way to get fit and improve co-ordination and flexibility. No experience is required! Perfect for anyone wanting a casual workout or those wanting extra burlesque training.

POLE CHOREOGRAPHY
A casual pole class full of fun & flavour! Combining Beginners moves, poses, tricks & spins, fusing it together with fancy footwork & burlesque inspired moves, into one fun & sassy routine! Different routine, choreography, music & theme each week! The focus is on cardio & fun rather than strength.

Perfect for those curious about pole, those wanting a casual workout, or those wanting extra pole training. A pole lot of fun, and the perfect way to keep up your pole fitness.
Absolute Beginners are very welcome & encouraged – this will introduce you to the pole – and will become your new friend! No pole skill or level is required to join in on this class.

ZUMBA
The Zumba programme fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness programme that will blow you away! Our goal is simple: we want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energising, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate!

LUXE LIMBRE LADIES
A gentle, yet challenging class focusing on the entire body from neck to toes. Proper stretching can help prevent injuries and may also help to repair them. Stretch class is also strengthening at the same time and will improve posture and poise. This class will be progressive, teaching you techniques that will maximise your stretch in various areas each week.
With her experience, Tani will be able to get you stretching properly and doing things you never thought possible with parts of your body you didn't even know you had, which can be useful in all manner of scenarios!

JAM SESSIONS – BURLESQUE & POLE
A fun filled session where you are the boss! The time is yours to play at your leisure.
For pole jams – jump on a pole and practise what you know.
For burlesque, grab a prop and play away.

Please note - this is not a taught session, but acts as a free session for you to practice & play at your own level, skill & speed.
Jam sessions are open to all levels of students in the same class.  Perfect way to add extra practice, or just to jam with other like-minded students! A lovely social and friendly environment.
