POLE DANCE COURSES
All Pole Dance courses are 8-weeks long. Classes are once a week for 8-weeks for one hour – and include warm up, pole work, spins, aerial, footwork, and warm-down. All content progresses week-by-week, course-by-course, as your strength and confidence increases.
Pole dancing is amazing for your fitness, strength and toning. Many women these days have swapped gym sessions for pole classes. A fun & friendly environment – come alone – or come with friends.
We use 50ml and 45ml static & spin poles with a range of different skin grips to choose from. Using a standard width pole in the beginning is advisable, as it will build your wrist & forearm strength and control right from the beginning.
Bottoms Up! Pole content is Burlesque inspired which makes
our courses unique.
